preserve and covered in a white chocolate ganache

• Red Velvet
– Red velvet sponge layered with vanilla bean cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream
• Strawberry
– Strawberry sponge layered with strawberry and vanilla bean buttercream
• Indulgent Chocolate
– Rich Chocolate Mud cake layered with chocolate buttercream and covered in rich chocolate ganache
– Chocolate orange mud cake with chocolate buttercream and orange curd, covered in chocolate ganache
– Rich chocolate sponge filled with an indulgent chocolate cream cheese
– White Chocolate cake layered with white chocolate ganache and covered in white chocolate ganache

– Zesty Lemon cake layered with a Swiss meringue buttercream and homemade lemon curd and covered in white chocolate ganache
